Mandy Lee Jandrell
Founder
I believe creativity is the key to unlocking authentic leadership. After more than 20 years in the creative industries and higher education—leading teams, shaping strategy, and mentoring emerging leaders—I’ve seen how creative problem-solving transforms challenges into opportunities.
I am a senior higher education leader and consultant experienced in academic strategy, leadership development, and creative education. I have held senior leadership roles and led institution‑wide projects, directing complex change initiatives that bring together educational innovation, financial sustainability, and improved outcomes for both staff and students. My work now focuses on supporting higher education organisations to navigate transformation in response to technological change, evolving student expectations, and future workforce needs.
As an independent consultant, I work to develop future‑ready academic strategies, strengthen educational quality, and build confident, values‑driven leadership in higher education.
As a mentor and coach I work with individuals across a range of sectors to realise clarity, creativity and transformation. I work with professionals who want to grow authentically, lead with purpose, and sustain their wellbeing in demanding environments. Whether you’re stepping into leadership for the first time, navigating change, or seeking to align your values with your ambitions, I provide a supportive, reflective space to help you thrive.
My Approach:
- Creative Thinking: Innovative strategies for leadership and problem-solving
- Confidence Building: Empowering you to trust your strengths and make bold decisions
- Sustainable Growth: Practical tools for resilience and wellbeing
Ready to take the next step?
Let’s work together to shape a future that reflects your values and aspirations.
This is depth-oriented, reflective advisory.
My work focuses on:
• Clarifying what matters now
• Naming patterns that impede progress
• Making sense of transitions and uncertainty
• Reclaiming authority and confidence
• Translating insight and data into thoughtful, realistic next steps
I listen carefully, ask precise questions, and offer perspective drawn from data, experience and reflection. The aim is not constant action, but the right action — action that emerges from understanding.

• Allow insight to develop and integrate over timegrate
Practical details such as timing, frequency, and format are agreed in advance, so expectations are clear on both sides.
